Where Do You Deliver?

We currently supply to Mainland UK only. Delivery is an overnight service, however anything outside of Mainland England and Scotland will take an additional 1-2 working days and may incur an additional charge - for more details please contact us before placing your order. For delivery to Scottish Highlands or Ireland, email contactEHP@yahoo.com

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

How Much Is Postage?

The price includes the cost of delivery and packing.

We ship via Royal Mail, the price list of which is as follows:

UK Standard

  • Small parcel 2kg  £4.50
  • Medium parcel 2kg £6.50
  • Medium parcel 10kg £7.50
  • Medium parcel 20kg £12.50


Do You Have A Minimum Order?

Our minimum order is £10.

On arrival

I Have Recieved An Incorrect Order.

If we don’t have the correct items for your order, we will try to substitute with a suitable alternative or will refund that item. If you are missing something from your order please email info@ewelinas-home-pantry.co.uk

If you think you have received the wrong order please let us know.

My Order Arrived Damaged.

We want you to feel totally happy with your goods, so if you have any concerns or queries please get in touch with us. We are happy to replace items broken during transit or if the item does not meet your expectation. We must be notified within 7 days of arrival.

Can I Return An Unwanted Item?

We will accept the return of non-perishable products, such as oatcakes, provided you pay for the return postage. We do not accept returns of perishable products, such as preserves. In the returned package, please provide your name and order number. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding postage). In order to arrange the return of goods, please contact us.
